Naomi Elkins, a 27-year-old American native from New Jersey, was arrested on Tuesday for the homicide of her two daughters, who were one and two years old.
According to the official, Naomi drowned her daughter in the bathtub of her house in Lakewood.
The officer came to the crime scene after the sources reported two children’s cardiac arrests at 4:50 p.m.

Before the police arrived, a Jewish volunteer ambulance program, Hatzolah Medical Services, was performing lifesaving measures on girls.
She was charged with two counts of mu**er and would get a life sentence in prison if she pleaded guilty.
As the case investigation is ongoing, Naomi Elkins remains in Ocean County Jail until the court decides.

According to the New York Post, Naomi Elkins is an intelligent woman who has a master’s degree from a reputed university.
After completing her education, she married her husband, whose identity is not yet available in the media.
Some speculate that Naomi Elkins and her husband might have divorced, which became the stressor for her current abnormal behaviors. However, the statement is not 100 percent sure yet.

Further, it is still being determined whether Naomi Elkins shared the children with her current husband.
Similarly, the court has yet to release the details of their children.
During the virtual meeting in the state Superior Court, Naomi did not discuss the case much and only replied to Judge Scott’s questions with “nodding” and “Yes or No.”
