Currently, 61-year-old Claudia Sheinbaum is making waves worldwide as Mexico’s first elected woman president in its over 200 years of independence. Reports show that Claudia received the highest vote percentage.

Right after her historic win, Claudia began working on her responsibility. Her social media post suggests that in the past 12 hours, she met several high-profile personalities, who have contributed greatly to the nation’s well-being.

On Wednesday morning, June 5, she met with Secretary of Finance and Public Credit Rogelio Ramírez de la O regarding his economic line proposal and ratified it.

Likewise, Claudia Sheinbaum also met with Dr. Juan Ramón de la Fuente, the coordinator of the Dialogues for Transformation, to discuss some transition work.

Well, whatever she does after her win clearly demonstrates her seriousness about her responsibility as a newly elected president.

Claudia Sheinbaum is determined to shoulder the nation’s responsibility and transform people’s lives after her historic win.

On June 4, she took to her Instagram to express her gratitude towards the citizens of Mexico. She said she would firmly stand by their expectations and not disappoint them.

Similarly, she uploaded another post after a while, captioning, “I’m clear that the responsibility is huge, but when you have convictions and love for the people, anything is possible. We made history.

Meanwhile, there are a lot of challenges awaiting Claudia ahead, mainly Mexico’s violence rate and insecurity crisis. But despite all these, she is fully prepared to resolve those matters during her tenure.

Further, the analyst believes that Claudia Sheinbaum will prioritize the country’s healthcare system as she previously supported Mexico’s city cycling initiatives.
