Lately, American singer Tommy Richman has been at the peak of his musical career, with his 2024 single Million Dollar Baby being listed at number 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100.

In 2022, during his interview for Lyrical Lemonade, Tommy Richman, who was born to a drummer father and a legally deaf mother, discussed several aspects of his music career.
When asked about the music scene back in his native place, Virginia, he said that there are many talented people but they limit themselves to the local arena.
But he saw numerous other Virginia artists, like Pharrell and Timbaland, who showed courage to come out of the shell and successfully make a big name in the mainstream industry. This must have awakened Tommy to the sense that he could also do the same for himself.
Regarding this, he stated, “We have Pharrell who’s obviously a legend and one of my idols and Timbaland is the man too.”
