Veteran Irish journalist Tommie Gorman was first diagnosed with Carcinoid cancer or Neuro-endocrine tumors in 1994, and at the time, he had his wife, Ceara Roche, who supported him to her utmost capability.
In 2012, in an exclusive talk with Dailymail, Tommie opened up on his experience battling cancer and mentioned his wife, saying, “Our son wasn’t born when I was diagnosed. My wife made a very big decision on those kinds of matters…. These are all good years.”
Despite his struggle with life-threatening cancer, he was able to enjoy fatherhood for the second time and lived a life like an ordinary person, all thanks to his wife, who made it possible for him.
Well, from their decade-long marriage, Tommie Gorman and his wife, Ceara, welcomed a son, Joe, and a daughter, Moya. According to our research, Joe is currently 26 years old, and Moya is 31. Both live in Boston.

Well, his wife, Caera, and his children remained by his side until his last days. He recently passed away at the age of 68 on June 25, 2024.
Meanwhile, everyone’s heart goes out to Caera as she lost her husband of decades. Recently, Siligo County Council sent a condolences message: “I extend our deepest condolences to Tommie’s wife Ceara Roche and their two children Moya and Joe.“
