She said she did not know how to smoke, and it became more difficult as she could not do it without coughing.
The scenario occurred because Sydney Sweeney has no habit of smoking or relying on alcohol to pass through her tiring shoots. Sydney has mentioned that she relies on sweetness and opts for candies instead of teas and coffees too.

In the recent episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Sydney Sweeney mentioned that shooting for the Immaculate in Italy was a trip for her grandmas, as they had never flown out to Europe before.

She contacted a writer, financier, and director to complete the story she had auditioned for at 16.
Meanwhile, the most interesting part was Sydney Sweeney’s cool grandma, who was among the extra nuns captured while smoking, dressed in a nun’s habit.
Sydney laughed at the scene and said that her iconic grandma needed a smoke break between takes.
As for Sydney, she needed her snacks during her shoots, which she had hidden on her fake belly worn as a pregnant lady in the movie Immaculate.
To everyone’s surprise, snacks like Sour Patch Kids kept her alive during her shoots, and not cigarettes or alcohol.
Also, sources have said that Sydney Sweeney does not even drink coffee or tea to boost her energy level and drinks alcohol once a year, so smoking a cigarette is a no-no for her.
