The news of Ryan Blatstein’s passing has garnered huge attention from the media as he is the son of renowned commercial real estate developer Bart Blatstein.

Sources claimed Ryan Blatstein passed away on Sunday, 4 August 2024, at the age of 39; however, they have not yet revealed the reason for his demise.

Last year, he went to Israel with his father to volunteer at a military base during the war against Hamas; however, he has maintained a very low-key life since then.

Journalist Laura Goldman announced his passing in a Facebook post: “I’m heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of Ryan Blatstein, the son of real estate developer Bart Blatstein and his wife Jil.

Friends, family, and various city mayors paid tribute to him and sent condolences to his family, writing, “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Blatstein Family on the sudden passing of Ryan Blatstein.

Ryan Blatstein is famous as the son of Bart Blatstein, the Founder, Owner, and CEO of Tower Investments, Inc.

Despite being born to a rich father, Ryan Blatstein was always a kind and helpful person who used to work in the city’s development.

While working on building the Island Waterpark in Atlantic City, Ryan Blatstein claimed, “There’s so much progress here in the city. We’re going to keep on striving and doing bigger and better.

Further, Ryan Blatstein greatly supported the Philadelphia Police and often used to wear an Atlantic City Police Department baseball cap.

After his demise, Philadelphia Police Chief James Sarkos stated, “He was a tremendous supporter of law enforcement. He’s going to be sorely missed around here. He was a great guy.

He often made appearances with his father, Bart Blatstein, helping in his business and traveling around the United States.

According to his LinkedIn profile, he has worked as a property manager at Tower Investments INC for almost a long time.
