Journalist Laura Goldman announced his passing in a Facebook post: “I’m heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of Ryan Blatstein, the son of real estate developer Bart Blatstein and his wife Jil.“
Friends, family, and various city mayors paid tribute to him and sent condolences to his family, writing, “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Blatstein Family on the sudden passing of Ryan Blatstein.”
