The columnist Matt Walsh tweets on Mike Johnson’s speech with claims that there is no law against antisemitism, which many of the users find offensive and believe he will soon be leaving The Daily Wire show.
Matt Walsh has always been an influential right-wing commentator who covers the ongoing changes that most media outlets are afraid to do.
Greg Abbott said he was having protesters arrested because “antisemitism won’t be tolerated in Texas.”

I believe in arresting people who break the law. But there is no law against antisemitism, and there shouldn’t be.

The recent one that caught everyone’s attention was his words on Twitter, saying, “I believe in arresting people who break the law. But there is no law against antisemitism, and there shouldn’t be.”
This evoked a rumor that Matt Walsh will soon leave The Daily Wire as his words might be controversial and that Ben Shapiro, the co-founder of the media company, is Jewish and will not tolerate the promotion of antisemitism.
No news says Matt Walsh is leaving the Daily Wire, but will it follow Candace Owens’ dismissal?
The Daily Wire co-founder Ben Shapiro has a history of firing as he did with their far-right commentator Candace Owens in March 2023 for her extreme rhetorical comments about Jews and for adding fuel to the fire of hate.
Now, with Matt Walsh walking in the same league regarding the arrests ongoing for protestors against antisemitism, his future is in jeopardy.
Nevertheless, as of 2024, Matt Walsh is not leaving The Daily Wire since no news site has covered it, and Ben Shapiro, too, has not responded to the comments.
Not to be left out, Matt Walsh has given over six years to the media company. In 2023, he starred in the comedy film Lady Ballers, produced by Daily Wire.
Matt has also shifted his show, The Matt Walsh Show, from YouTube to The Daily Wire website after his YouTube demonetized his channel for continuously mispronouncing transgender woman Dylan Mulvaney.
Moreover, famous personalities like Elon Musk, J.K. Rowling, Tucker Carlson, and many other Republicans support Matt Walsh’s point of view, so his dismissal may not come soon.
1) If you had concerns you could have walked across the room and talked to me but you never did.

2) You are well aware of what I’ve achieved in this fight. I would stack those achievements up against anyone. I’m not in this for “clicks and entertainment,” and you know that. https://t.co/GqXIb0bV46
Further, Matt Walsh even denounced investigative reporter Christina Buttons when she said she was leaving The Daily Wire.
It was because the website tried to “dump gasoline” on her efforts to correct the facts and address the gender debate in precise language.
