A year later, in 2021, her uncle Donald sued her for a minimum amount of $100 million, claiming that she violated the family property agreement by disclosing confidential financial documents to the New York Times.

Mary Trump was supposed to receive $200,000 from grandfather Fred Sr.’s real estate, but what happened?

But Mary didn’t receive the full portion as recommended in the will, so she filed a lawsuit against her uncles and aunt, stating, “They betrayed me by working together in secret to steal from me, by telling lie after lie about the value of what I had inherited…“
Further, her lawsuit said, “All told, they fleeced her of tens of millions of dollars or more.”
According to her, she initially believed that her family’s worth was $30 million, but she later learned that it was ‘closer to $1 billion.’ This eventually led her to go on a legal fight, in which she appears to have lost millions from her bank account.
