Recently, sources have confirmed that bodybuilding mass monster Illia Golem has passed away at age 36; however, the reason for his demise has not been revealed yet.

The news of Illia Golems’s passing first circulated on Instagram when bodybuilding pages started uploading his demise post, one of which claimed, “Close sources confirm the death of Illia Golem, the 340 LBS beast.“
In the post’s comment section, many started paying tribute to the builder, including a British bodybuilder, Dan McNab, who wrote, “That is no age to be taken whatever the scenario. Sad to hear of anybody leaving that early.”

Born and raised in the Czech Republic, Illia Golem Yefimchyk was into fitness from an early age. Therefore, he started training to build mass and was very conscious about his diet.
His decades of hard work and discipline finally paid off when he became famous as a bodybuilding mass monster. Further, his remarkable 348-pound physique, towering at six feet tall, left people in awe.
Further, the Czech Republic native often showcased his body on social media. Illia Golem also used to upload various videos about his diet on the YouTube channel ILLIA GOLEM Official, where he has over 45.4k subscribers.
According to his YouTube video, he used to consume seven meals per day to maintain, which contained around 16,500 calories.
However, despite that amount of care and exercise, Illia Golem lost his life at a young age, which left the fan in shock.
Even though the actual reason for his passing is not apparent yet, people believe it might be his excessive fitness routine that might have harmed his body.
As per the sources, many young bodybuilders have been losing their lives due to the same reason, as former eight-time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney issued a statement claiming the bodybuilding sport has become unsafe over the years.
According to his statements, “Athletes are after a dryer physique, which is leading to kidney problems and possibly even heart attacks.”
