Renowned American pop singer Taylor Swift used the ‘Childless Cat Lady’ meme, which was first initiated when Republican JD Vance disrespectfully used the phrase during an interview on Fox News.
Recently, Taylor Swift released a post confirming that she will support U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 U.S. presidential election.

The 34-year-old Blank Space singer wrote, “I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election. I’m voting for Harris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.“
Taylor Swift confirmed the main reason for voting for Harris because she has stood up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.
Further, Swift also confirmed that she had made the choice after deep research and feels proud of it. She ended her statement by identifying herself as Taylor Swift, ‘Childless Cat Lady,’ which was a satire directed at Republican JD Vance.

United States Senator JD Vance, Donald Trump’s running mate, made a very disrespectful statement during his conversation with conservative political commentator Tucker Carlson on Fox News.

According to Forbes, the phrase ‘cat lady’ has long been used to paint women who defy societal norms as lonely, pitiful, and even mentally unstable.
JD Vance’s dialog mainly addressed Kamala Harris, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg. However, it has angered many people, as celebrities have also started speaking up about his unmannered statement.
Friends star Jennifer Aniston, who has been open about her own experiences with in vitro fertilization, released a statement saying, “I truly can’t believe this is coming from a potential V.P. of The United State.“
She further added, “Mr. Vance, I pray that your daughter is fortunate enough to bear children of her own one day. I hope she will not need to turn to IVF as a second option. Because you are trying to take that away from her, too.“
