Recently, the Canadian rapper and singer Drake released a diss track entitled Family Matters, targeting fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar.
Through the song, he inculpated Kendrick of domestic violence. Likewise, Drake further takes a dig at Kendrick’s relationship with his fiancee, a soon-to-be-wife Whitney, and accuses her of having an affair with his manager, Dave Free.
Drake sang, “I heard that one of them little kids might be Dave Free / Don’t make it Dave Free’s.”
Since then, several speculations regarding Kendrick’s love life have been going on. Some Twitter users even started comparing his son with Dave, stating, “The alleged child of Kendrick Lamar’s wife and Dave free.” But to what extent is it true?

Thirty-seven minutes after Drake released his diss track, Kendrick roasted him and his family, releasing a new song, Meet The Grahams.
However, he failed to respond to Drake’s allegation about his partner Whitney Alford, and neither Whitney nor he has made any statement regarding the matter, leading netizens to scrutinize the nature of their relationship.
Further, there have been several reports that Kendrick’s long-time partner Whitney has unfollowed him on Instagram while still following her son’s alleged father, Dave.
And we went and checked that fact, and guess what? It’s true. Also, it has been 72 weeks since Whitney last posted Lamar on her posts. That speaks volumes, phew!
Correspondingly, Dave’s heart-hand emoji comment The heart-hand emoji was also used as the song cover for Drake’s latest diss track titled “The Heart Part 6” on Whitney’s latest Instagram post with her children has also fueled all these doubtful situations. However, nothing can be said at this moment.
Despite all these suspicious environments, Whitney still seems to adore Kendrick Lamar, as she hasn’t removed the Father’s Day post that she tagged to the HUMBLE singer.
The family picture that includes Whitney, Kendrick, and the two children still exists on her Instagram. It somewhere notifies that the allegation swirling over the media has had little effect on Kendrick and his family.
Since the couple are still by each other’s side, Drake’s assumptions perhaps are far from reality or let’s say, it’s just the result of the rap civil war.
