Brian Steel decides to spend 10 weekends in jail along with the rapper Young Thug, who is facing nine charges, including violating the state’s RICO acts, which alone carries a potential sentence of five to 20 years in prison.
The lawyer made the decision to buy some time to discuss the case with the rapper; however, Brian Steel’s wife, Colette Resnik Steel, who is also a lawyer, totally disagreed with his decision.
Brian Steel’s wife has filed a Notice of Appeal regarding Judge Glanville’s order of contempt.

After that, Colette even filed a motion for her husband to receive a bond, confirming that Judge Glanville’s decision to detain Brian was an error.
Further, she also says that the RICO case should be handled by a different court, not Judge Glanville.
