After years of experience as a real estate agent, Alex Bourne has achieved new career heights after he was featured as a Rival agent in Netflix’s property show Buying London.
Being part of such a popular streaming service will undoubtedly gain worldwide recognition, which will likely give Alex more income sources in the near future, adding more to his bank account.
For now, Alex has served as the co-founder and director of London House and is pretty stable financially.
Beginning as an actor, Alex later switched his career to real estate. He worked for several agencies before founding London House with his business partner, Richard Douglas.
London House was established in 2021, and ever since then, Alex and Richard have enjoyed unbelievable success.
In 2022, he shared an Instagram post updating his company’s accomplishments since its establishment. He wrote, “Our team has sold just over £100,000,000 worth of property and generated over £20,000,000 worth of rental income for our clients all over London.”
He generally sells properties ranging from $1.28 million to $3 million, so the commission he gets must have added a good amount to his pocket.

Once, during his interview with Marylebone Journal, Alex Bourne disclosed several aspects of his professional life, from his acting career of 10 years to how he ended up in an estate agency.
Further, when an interviewer asked him about his clients in real estate, he unhesitatingly answered, “High net worth individuals. It could be somebody looking for an investment property, pied-a-terre, or family home.”
Alex said that while dealing with the clients, he and his partner Richard began with $1.27 million, and the price slowly went up, depending on his client’s taste.
As a real estate agent, the partners handle every aspect of their job independently, from ‘client management to dealing with any buyer that comes through the door,’ but they skip off the things on a day-to-day basis.
As Alex and his partner look over the majority part of their job, they undoubtedly have equal shares of the earnings they made, which may amount to millions.
Now that Alex has been cast in the Netflix show, he will earn a good salary from there, too. So, it won’t be wrong if Alex Bourne is considered a millionaire.
