While Twitter is filled with condolences for the young Virginia rapper Rylo Huncho, Instagram users leave no space to bash that he is doing it as a marketing strategy for his new music video.

Most believe that Rylo Huncho is not dead, while GoFundMe campaigns are ongoing to support his family, claiming they recently lost their child.

The news first emerged on May 16, 2024, with a shooting video on Rylo’s Instagram story, which was live around 10 pm.

Later, his alleged relatives, like Rylo’s aunt, Twin Porter, and his brother Jaquez Dessaure, who are yet to be confirmed, posted about his death news and prayed for his soul.

On the other hand, an Insta handle under Rylo’s name, claiming to be his mother, said he was in the hospital getting surgery.

Rylo Huncho is a 17-year-old musician with over 20 songs under his name

The rising rapper Rylo Huncho, also known as Railey, was born in 2007 in Suffolk, Virginia.

He is the son of his mother, Monica Savage, as per the Facebook post by Twin Porter, who prays lord to give strength to Monica during the devastating pain she is suffering.

Also, Monica Savage raised the GoFundMe page under Rylo Huncho’s name, so it is highly likely true, but it needs official confirmation.

The GoFundMe post claims that she is a single parent raising Rylo, and he is Monica’s only child.

Rylo has been in the rapping business since 2023, with his single Hellcats SRTs (feat. Phoonk Double 0) released on December 4, 2023.

Since then, he has released over 20 EPs and singles like RocketPocket, DMV, La La La, Catch a Face, Money Getta, and BTA, with the latest DOA released on May 13, three days before the shooting took place.

After the hype of the video, users rushed to share Rylo’s video on social platforms, with many saying he was alive and had fired the firearm to the back of his head and did not even touch him.

Contrary to the talk, Twitter users believe he is no more, based on posts shared by people claiming to be Rylo’s family.

According to a recent article by Billboard, Rapper Rylo Hunchu was officially pronounced dead by the Suffolk, Virginia, Police Department on May 21, 2024.

He met his demise, succumbing to his injuries in a hospital bed.
