Necole Love recently took maternity leave of 12 months from her role as Account Manager in The Recruitment Crowd (TRC) as she was due with a baby son Ralphie Crüe Lloyd on March 25, 2024.
However, she could enjoy motherhood only for 8 weeks as Love tragically lost her life on May 30, 2024, at the age of 28.

The cause of death for Necole Love was concluded as a cardiac arrest she suffered after reaching the hospital following her illness at the seaside.
Family and colleagues of the 28-year-old mother have created GoFundMe pages to raise funds for her funeral and the remaining fund for her 8-week-old son Ralphie.
Necole Love was from Wakefield and in a relationship with partner Oli Lloyd
Necole Love was born on October 22, 1995, to her mother, Lisa Love, and father, whose details are currently unavailable. She grew up alongside her brother in Wakefield, England.
Love went to Outwood Grange College, the same institution from which her mother, Lisa, graduated. She had spent her entire life in Wakefield, as Love initially worked as a cabin crew member at Leeds Bradford Airport.
Later, in June 2022, she joined The Recruitment Crowd (TRC Group), an award-winning multi-vertical employment agency in Leeds with branches in Wakefield and Newcastle.
She was a full-time Account Manager at TRC. At the time, Love was in a relationship with her partner, Oli Lloyd, as she had written on her Facebook bio that their relationship started on January 1, 2022.
Oli Lloyd, a musician and boxer interested in martial arts, was born in Leeds to Andrea Smith and Brian Lloyd. He is a fluent Spanish speaker and has a sister named Stacey.
Before getting into a relationship with Love, Lloyd had a history of a relationship in which he had a son named Elijah, born on July 1, 2015.
Love and Lloyd were happy parenting Elijah after they became engaged, and Elijah was happy when he knew he would be having a baby brother as Love was expecting baby Ralphie.
However, the time was cruel to Love and Lloyd’s family, as they had to lose their young partner, daughter, cousin, mother, and granddaughter.
