While Gisele Bündchen, wife of Tom Brady, sought to claim half of the NFL player’s property in their divorce settlement, the court made a surprising revelation that he got nothing registered under his name but to his mother’s name.
The quarterback known for his six Super Bowl rings, Tom Brady, revealed in an interview with Howard Stern that his career was to blame for his unsuccessful marriage.
At the time, he revealed his wife, Gisele Bündchen, had felt like she was solo handling the family while Tom gave entire attention to his career only. So, it was evident that their marriage was under strain from Tom Brady’s busy career.
In 2022, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen finally considered getting a divorce and hired lawyers for the further process.
Gisele might not get anything from Tom Brady divorce, given that all property is in Galynn Patricia Brady’s name!
Following the divorce, Gisele sought half of Tom Brady’s whooping $300 million net worth that he accumulated from his successful NFL career as the divorce settlement.
Later, the court revealed to her and her lawyers that Tom Brady actually owned nothing. Pretty interesting turn of events, right?
Reportedly, like every netizen, Gisele and her team were bamboozled with such a revelation but later learned that Tom Brady had transferred all of his properties to his mother’s name. Call it a smart move or what?
Tom Brady’s wife filed for divorce and demanded half of his property. However, she was told by the court that her 'MILLIONAIRE' husband owns nothing.

As all properties were under his mother’s name, it technically meant that the NFL player owned nothing. It, in turn, means Gisele’s claim for $150 million worth of property is now almost impossible.
Given the sudden interesting developments in the high-profile divorce case in recent times, one X user (formerly Twitter) tweeted that moms truly are number one in every situation and calls NFL players’ move one step ahead.
Now, the divorce settlement will most likely proceed with a complete assessment of all properties that Tom Brady directly or indirectly owns.
