On Tuesday morning of July 16, 2024, when the FBI raided his $8 million home in Coral Gables, they discovered the lifeless body of real estate mogul Sergio Pino at the residence.
According to the CBS reports, when the FBI team arrived at his home, Sergio was still in his bedroom, but before they could break inside his house, he took his own life.
The unfortunate incident happened amidst his nasty divorce and an ongoing blame game with his estranged wife, Tatiana Pino. Meanwhile, it’s creating a doubtful situation surrounding his passing, leading people to wonder if it is motivated by the money scheme.
Well, as our research suggests, that may not be the case. His estranged wife, Tatiana, appears to be an equal partner in his million-dollar wealth.

As reported by DailyMail, Sergio Pino and his wife Tatiana had a combined net worth of $153 million. Since he is no longer alive, we believe his whole fortune will eventually pass to Tatiana, his life partner of over thirty years, and their two daughters.
He also had two more children from his previous marriage, the probable beneficiaries of his property.
Sergio Pino was the president of Century Homebuilders Group, which has a revenue of $37.2 Million in 2024
Sergio Pino, born in Havana, began his career as a part-time worker at a Laundromat in the 1970s, where his mother used to work as an ironer.
But a while later, borrowing $6,000 from his father, he started his own business, purchasing a small retail plumbing supplier, Century Plumbing.

The plumbing company soon gained ground in the market and became the largest company owned by a person of Hispanic descent.
Following the success, Sergio then founded a real estate company, Century Homebuilders Group, in 1995 and served as its president. Almost three years have since establishment, it has already earned a revenue of $37.2 million, as per zoominfo reports.
Having been the founder of such a well-established company, Sergio Pino is no wonder a millionaire.
