Since a Twitter post suggesting some Haitian migrants might have eaten the cat of famous YouTuber and internet personality Sam Sulek went viral, his fans and other cat lovers have expressed anger at the person who did this.

On September 10, 2024, a Twitter user named Spergler Acolyte uploaded a post with photos of Sam Sulek holding his cat and wrote, “Ohio native, Sam Sulek claims his cat was eaten by Haitian migrants. Vows revenge upon perpetrators.

After the post, many cat lovers made floods of comments, warning them that if they ever found out about that person, they would unalive them.

A fan wrote, “If someone ate my cat, they are f*cking de*d. Full stop, don’t f*cking care, they are scum and don’t deserve to even be considered human any more. My cat is family.

The following post has reached over 1.6M million views in just one day while people are reposting the post while making hate comments towards the Haitian migrants.

However, despite the rising controversy of Haitian migrants eating the cat of Sam Sulek there, they have not provided any evidence to support their statement. Therefore, it is not confirmed whether the news is true or false.

Former US President Donald Trump also accused Haitian immigrants of abducting and eating pets

The 45th US President, Donald Trump, amplified rumors claiming that Haitian immigrants in Ohio were abducting and eating pets.

During a televised debate on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, Donald Trump accused Haitian immigrants, saying, “They’re eating the dogs. They’re eating the cats. They’re eating the pets of the people that live there.

However, the officials said there had been no evidence that Haitian immigrants in an Ohio community were doing that, and the news remains a mystery to date.

After hearing his comment, Kamal Harris laughed while calling him extreme, as the city official has stated that claims are not true.

However, another Republican, Sen. JD Vance from Ohio, released a social media post stating his officials had received various complaints about Haitian migrants abducting pets, after which many people on the internet started showing more concern regarding that matter.

But later, Vance said in a Twitter statement that there is a possibility that these rumors will turn out to be false.

Further, as officials have clearly stated, there have been no credible or detailed reports about the claims; people believe Trump and his allies might have made the accusations to amplify racist stereotypes about Black and brown immigrants.
