On June 28, 2024, Congressman Thomas Massie took to his social media to announce that his wife Rhonda Massie passed away, writing, ” …the smartest kindest woman I ever knew, my beautiful and wise queen forever, Rhonda went to Heaven…”
In his Twitter post, Thomas further mentioned that he had been with his wife, Rhonda, for over three and a half decades. They were, in fact, high school sweethearts.
After dating for years, the couple walked down the aisle on August 28, 1993, at the Methodist church in Vanceburg. They then welcomed four children together and had a great marriage that lasted until Rhonda’s recent death.
Well, Rhonda Massie is no longer alive now, as she left her beautiful family behind at the young age of 51.
Thomas Massie stated that he and his wife, Rhonda, toured Mt. Rainier just a week ago; in that case, what caused the tragedy?
While announcing tragic news on Twitter, Thomas also mentioned that he and his wife Rhonda spent last week touring Mt. Rainier with their grandson.
He also shared a picture of the family enjoying their trip, in which Rhonda appeared absolutely happy and healthy. But sadly, within a week, the happiness turned to grief.
We spent last week touring Mt Rainier with our grandson – she was the best mammaw ever! We love you Rhonda. pic.twitter.com/B2yiqY1Lf8

Looking at this, it seems like Rhonda’s passing was completely unexpected to the Massie family.
Well, in such a difficult situation, we, the SuperSlice family, offer our deep condolences to the grieving family. May God grant them the strength to overcome such a difficult situation, and may the passing soul rest in paradise.
