Another great voice actress, Veronica Taylor, took to her x handle, writing, “I was lucky enough to know Rachael as a friend. She had unlimited kindness and compassion, even until the very end.”
Rachael Lillis’s sister, who was the one to announce her cancer, wrote, ‘My heart breaks losing my dear little sister!’
As people mentioned, Rachael Lillis has always been a private person and preferred keeping her personal life away from the media.
Therefore, Rachael Lillis and her family had hidden about her breast cancer diagnosis for a long time. However, after the diagnosis, things started getting out of hand as her health and financial condition both got worse day by day.

In May 2024, the family decided to go public as Rachael Lillis’s sister released a GoFundMe post asking for financial support from the fans who have known her and grew up watching her works while revealing she is in serious condition due to cancer.
As per the GoFundMe post, their goal was to raise $100,000, but people donated more than that as they raised a total of $100,261 USD.

She deeply appreciated the support from the public and shared they would use the collected funds to pay for her medical bills and a memorial service.
