American libertarian columnist Kat Timpf finally confirmed being pregnant after a huge controversy about her weight gain and is currently six months due.
On July 31, 2024, she announced her pregnancy through her Instagram handle with the post that read, “My mom died 10 years ago this Election Day, and I’m pregnant with my first child!“
Further, Kat Timpf also revealed that she was not expecting that she would be able to get pregnant at the age of 35.
In the post, she also adds a bunch of photos, including herself showing her baby bump and her puppies wearing a ‘Soon to be a big brother’ T-shirt, and a post, a person asked if she was getting fat.

On her Instagram posts about the pregnancy announcement, Kat Timpf also mentioned that she had shared her opinion and experience before and after getting pregnant via Fox News.
In the official Fox News article, she first mentioned that it has been 10 years since her mother, Anne Marie Timpf, passed away, and now she is six months pregnant.
In her statements, Kat Timpf appeared to compare her personal or pregnant days to her professional life or country’s political status.
She mentioned finding out about her pregnancy on the day Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts and hearing the heartbeat of her child for the first time on the day President Biden’s disastrous debate performance.
Further, she adds that she started writing about her thoughts and experiences during pregnancy on the day trip assassination attempts took place.
At the end, Kat Timpf writes, “What a world I get to tell my kid about. What a decade my mom missed.“
Kat Timpf shared her fears and doubts before getting pregnant!
Kat Timpf, who got married on May 1, 2021, to Cameron Friscia, shared she never imagined she would be able to give birth at this age.
The 35-year-old columnist wrote, “First, I expected that I wouldn’t get pregnant, especially not naturally. Once I did, I expected that I’d probably miscarry. I mean, I am 35, which makes mine a geriatric pregnancy, medically speaking.“
Even after getting pregnant, despite losing all hope, Kat Timpf shares that she did not have as many overwhelming life-changing moments of happiness as many would have had.
In her imagination, she thought she would wake her husband up and show the pregnancy test, and they would be overwhelmed by the happiness, and it would lead them into a passionate embrace that they’d remember for the rest of their lives.
But the reality was nothing like she expected. While sharing the reality of her life after getting pregnant, she revealed, “I had a hard time waking him up, and when I finally did rouse him, he said he couldn’t really see the line and rolled back over to sleep.”
Moreover, as a successful media personality, she also mentioned how her workload amid her pregnancy has made her a tired person while adding she could not get enough sleep.
