However, in 2023, a Russian news agency clearly confirmed that she has an XY chromosome, as the information received by the IBM president.

However, despite the controversy, she participated in the 2024 Olympics in women’s boxing, initiating gender and power-related controversies.

As per athlete Imane Khelif, she was born female on May 2, 1999, in Tiaret, Algeria.
