Comedian and actor Wayne Brady recently revealed that he and his ex-girlfriend Tina had a son. However, Brady does not have a girlfriend and seems to be living a single life.
Regardless, many people have been wondering about his relationship status, which might also be because his previous role as Derek Tyler in the series ‘Girlfriends‘ has been gaining popularity amongst the public recently.
The buzz about his girlfriend might simply be because of this show, in which he appeared in four episodes.
The star announced the birth of his son, Val Henry, on his new show, Wayne Brady: The Family Remix.
On the subject, he said, “When I first found out Tine was pregnant, I was floored. It was not on my bingo card: 51-year-old-dad – brand new kid.”
He further added that he was not happy because he was in shock, but now his main priority is to be a good father for his son.
Although this news was revealed at the end of July, their son was born a couple of months prior, and his birth was kept private. His daughter, Maile Masako, and ex-wife, Mandie Taketa, also expressed their feelings upon his son’s arrival.

In addition, Brady’s ex, Mandie Taketa, also said that she did not get along well with Tina. According to her, they kept the news from their daughter Maile because of “how she felt about Tina.”
In a clip, his daughter said, “Tina does not live her life in complete honesty. The string of events is suspicious. I don’t enjoy her presence.”
She also added that Maile initially did not feel super happy about the news of her half-brother’s birth.
Brady and Taketa’s daughter, Maile Masako, was born on February 3, 2003. Even after their divorce in 2007, the comedian and ex-wife Taketa have remained close friends and business partners.
He is also the godfather of Sundance-Isamu, Taketa, and her boyfriend Jason Fordham’s adoptive son.
Taketa, her boyfriend, her son, Brady, and their daughter are all part of the TV series Wayne Brady: The Family Remix.
Despite everything going on in their lives, Wayne Brady has always prioritized his family, and they seem to be very close to each other.
