Oslo Cooking is a short documentary about the development of the Oslo harbor.  It is inspiring to see this new wave of development in Oslo focused on cultural projects rather than just solely commercial ones. Oslo Cooking features Julien de Schmidt of JDS Architects , Kjetil T. Thorsen of Snøhetta and Gary Bates of Spacegroup.  A great discussion on urbanism ensues as this threesome wander around the city (dressed in all black, of course).
