Jeremiah Jae premiered his new music video for Money today on Pitchfork.tv. The sickly-colored and shakily-lit video has but one focus: Jae, up close and personal. Steven Ellison a.k.a. Flying Lotus,  founder of Brainfeeder (Jae’s record label), directed the video and scrutinized his subject. The video slowly shows more and more detail of Jae’s face until the climax at the end when rapid video cuts of different parts of Jae’s face are shown to match the music. It is a modern cubist approach to showcase expression by showing the many angles of a subject all at once. Check it out and heavily embrace the brainfeeder within.
