Mr Little Jeans (Monica Birkenes) previously blasted on the scene and dazzled us with her enchantingly moody cover of Arcade Fire’s The Suburbs. We’ve played that cover a thousand times. She even made our Soundsystem 25: Best of 2011 (#14) because she’s a sensational and unique talent whose star is on the rise.

Here is the music video for her song RUNAWAY which was directed by Zach Shields. Her debut album is coming out this summer on Sony. Looks like somebody was finally smart enough to recognize her talent and sign her. Things are picking up. Streets is watching…
