If your house was burning, what would you take with you? It’s a conflict between what’s practical, valuable and sentimental. What you would take reflects your interests, background and priorities. Think of it as an interview condensed into one question.

That is the description of The Burning House, a blog that features photos that are submitted by people displaying their most important valuables that they would take with them in case of a fire. The majority of the photos are interesting and tastefully executed. It’s intriguing to see what people deem as their cherished valuables and what they would hurry out of the house with. I want to submit a photo myself.
