Denis Darzacq’s Recomposition 2009-2010

This new work differs from the preceding by its abstraction. Portraits and still lifes, it does not refer to any documentary or realistic context, they are mental images.
They consist of opposing elements and their associated frames. The shots were made in the studio, white background, the models evolve in space with objects that the camouflage game. Both ornaments and protection.

Packaging, parts of furniture, items from supermarkets, many objects of everyday life that we contained in material reality. These disparate elements are recomposed in real assemblages, collages or digital.
